Serenity Day Spa no longer accepts Spa Finder Gift Certificates
Salon Policies
Serenity Day Spa will not treat clients with questionable conditions such as herpes simplex (cold sores, fever blisters), open wounds or sores, healing incisions, infectious diseases. We do not massage clients undergoing cancer, diabetic or systemic treatments or any other specific contra-indications to body treatments with out the specific written consent of the client's physician. Serenity Day Spa will not wax anyone on Accutane, Retin-A, or other medications/products that exfoliate or thin the skin. Serenity will not wax anyone undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments.
Gift Certificates
Purchase a Gift Certificate for a specific dollar value or design your own combination of services for that someone special. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase. Gift Certificates are to be used for services only.
Appointment Reservations
In order to make an appointment, you must provide a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). No charge will be made as long as cancellations or appointment changes are made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointment Times
All appointment times are approximate. Included in the appointment time is time for disrobing and dressing.
Appointments
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and complete your information card.
Day of Appointment
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service only if time is permitting. You will be responsible for a full service fee.
Group or Multiple Appointments
Appointments that consist of four or more services, require a credit card to hold the appointments. In order to avoid any charges, cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours before scheduled appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Because your Spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any client giving less than the required 24 hour notice will be charged the full fee of the service or services reserved.
Cell Phones
For all clients to enjoy the serene, quiet atmosphere of our Spa, it would be greatly appreciated if you would turn off you cell phone while in the Spa.
Gratuities
Our best reward is your personal recommendation of Serenity Day Spa. Gratuities are left at your discretion. Gratuities cannot be processed through our register on a credit card, debit card, or on gift certificates. Envelopes are supplied at the front desk.
